SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH SKILLS
My scientific research interests lie in animal behaviour, ecology, and conservation, with a strong focus on understanding how species interact with their environments and adapt to changing conditions.
I have conducted fieldwork across a range of ecosystems, from freshwater systems in Australia studying platypus populations using environmental DNA and live capture surveys, to wetlands in the Florida Everglades working alongside research teams on crocodilian ecology. I have also contributed to coral reef restoration efforts in the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef, gaining experience in marine conservation and ecosystem monitoring.
