G'Day!
My name is Brendan Cohen and I'm motivated to use the power of storytelling and multi-media to bridge the gap between field research and public knowledge.
Whether in the field, behind a camera, or working with scientists, my goal is to inspire curiosity, promote scientific research and strengthen the nexus between wildlife and storytelling.
I'm a people-person, instinctively curious, highly collaborative and vision-orientated.
ANIMAL BIOLOGIST + WILDLIFE FILMMAKER + PRESENTER + EXPLORER + FOUNDER

STORYTELLING
I’m well versed in both photography and videography, with experience capturing stories in diverse, harsh and technically challenging environments.
I’m also experienced and highly fascinated in 360° VR experiences and immersive exhibits, specifically their potential to reimagine wildlife filmmaking and science storytelling.

SCIENCE
My research focuses on conservation, evolutionary biology, ecology and behaviour. I’m interested in animal adaptions and how different species adapt to changing environmental conditions, such as climate change, altering ecological dynamics and predator-prey interactions.
I also have a deep fascination and soft spot for biomimicry.
